A user-centric product designer, systems thinker and creative strategist—based in Charlotte, NC. I began my career in visual design, primarily working on brand campaigns, websites, product designs and promotional events.
For over 15 years, I've enjoyed designing experiences, studying users, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver data-driven solutions. These experiences have awarded me opportunities to work closely with customers, data-scientists, stakeholders, and trained me how to approach complex problems with solutions that drive business goals while empowering users.
